Banding Together During Covid-19
(May 2020) The Covid-19 pandemic has created many new and
challenging obstacles that affect all of us. In times like these it is more
important than ever that we band together and show our support to those in need.
We are extremely proud of our teammates who have been finding unique and
impactful ways to lend a helpful hand to their home communities this past month.
Our Charlottetown terminal teamed up with Cavendish Farms to
thank health care professionals in PEI for their tireless work. The essential
service workers at the Prince County Hospital in Summerside and the Queen
Elizabeth Hospital in Charlottetown were provided frozen potato products as
they left work last week.

In Montreal, we partnered up with Irving Consumer Products and Cavendish Farms to provide the Moisson Montreal food bank with tissue and potato products for those in need.

Our Corner Brook, Newfoundland and Dartmouth, Nova Scotia teams
lent a hand to our friends at the Rotary Club of Corner Brook by shipping masks
from Corner Brook to a long-term medical facility in Halifax. Volunteers from
the Corner Brook community have manufactured and donated over 2,300 masks to
date!

Our Moncton team delivered tissue and potato products from
Irving Consumer Products and Cavendish Farms to the Food Depot Alimentaire
warehouse where the goods will be distributed to food banks all around New
Brunswick.

Thank you to all these amazing people for coming together
and supporting their communities during these uncertain times!
